Thank you for taking the time to give us insight on a prospective Big Brother or Big Sister who has provided your name as a reference to be used in consideration of his/her becoming a Big Brother/Big Sister. We'd like you to please complete the questions on this online reference form. We assure you that Your answers will be held in confidence.

But first, here's a little about our programs.

In our community-based program, a Big Brother or Big Sister gets to share activities with a child that they both enjoy! That might include fishing, playing board games, baking cookies, or going to ball games. They get to enjoy these fun times weekly or at least bi monthly with a Little Brother or Little Sister, on your their own schedule.

We also have a site-based mentoring program. Here, the Bigs get to go back to elementary school and experience the hot lunches and little desks all over again! They visit their Little Brother or Little Sister each week at their school or local Boys and Girls Club have lunch, play games and can work on schoolwork, too.  And remember, it's also a chance for them to go to recess and act like a third grader again!
