What do our Bigs & Littles say?
"Getting to know McKenzie and her family has been such an honor for me. I really cherish our time together and I am so happy to be able to watch her learn, grow and mature as a strong, intelligent young woman." - Big Sister Arya
"I love Arya because she cares about how I feel and I can talk to her about things that I can’t talk to my family about." - Little Sister McKenzie
"I love Big Brothers and Big Sisters. What the organization does as a whole is truly amazing and I have benefitted from all their hard work by being matched with the best little sister. My little sister and I have an amazing bond, which I credit to the thorough match process that BBBS goes through to set up all matches for success. Not only is the connection with my little sister stronger than I ever imagined, I also have a strong connection with her wonderful family. I truly believe that the greatest joy in one's life comes from serving others and BBBS has provided me that opportunity to not only serve, but also make a positive impact and (what is setting up to be) a lifelong connection with my little sister." - Big Sister Jenna
"I like how caring Jenna is and I love the advice that she gives me because it helps me so much." - Little Sister McKyah
“What Big Brothers Big Sisters can do by matching people with different backgrounds…is to help people and children understand how to meet people where they are and respect them for who they are.”
